About
our company

In 2010, several farming families from the outskirts of Samarkand came together to process and sell their raisin harvest collectively. Over time, around 12 more families from neighboring villages joined them. Today, the SAMARKAND Harvest cooperative collectively manages 800 hectares of farmland, producing approximately 3,000 tons of unique Uzbek raisins, 1,000 tons of dried apricots, and 45 tons of rare mountain almonds annually.

All products are processed at our modern facility in Urgut, equipped with state-of-the-art Turkish machinery, including MEKATRONIK, VISYS AURA, and METTLER TOLEDO. We have implemented ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and HACCP standards to ensure the highest quality.

We proudly export to more than eight countries, including Poland and Germany. By combining the traditional drying techniques passed down from our ancestors with modern processing standards, our cooperative continues to grow while preserving the uniqueness of our products.
